We've just found out that a friend is ill; did we ask if they need help? They just might need a ride to the doctors; did we ask? They might need a few groceries or a prescription filled; did we ask? Would they enjoy a hot pot of soup or stew; did we ask? Most likely, these favors will be returned to us when we get ill, so don't forget to ask?
