Most of us Seniors have plenty of practice cooking for more than just 2 people. This is a reminder for us, and also for others. One-pot-meals are much easier to fix: large pot roast, potatoes, carrots; with enough juices to make a gravy. Serve with a green or fruit salad. Easy clean-up afterwards.
