If we wake up mornings with aching bones or joints, we just may need a softer OR firmer mattress. Before buying a new mattress, try adding a 1-2" thickness of foam padding on top of existing mattress for more a board under existing mattress for more firmness. An inexpensive alternative to aching bones!
